Mr. Ricardo D. Johnson is the Director of Business and Operations. He has an undergraduate degree in Accounting, a Master of Arts in Teaching, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Education Administration. His Professional Educator License includes the following endorsements: English/Language Arts, Business, Marketing, and Computer Education, and Chief School Business Official. Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of combined experience in internal audit, public accounting, grant administration, education, and entrepreneurship. As an educator, he was a High School Business Teacher, an Elementary Assistant Principal, a Junior High School Principal, and a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Director with two high school districts. He has won several awards since his professional career in education started in August 2007, including Teacher of the Month, New Teacher of the Year, and Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Chicago Teacher of the Year. He has presented at several local, regional, and national conferences, including the ESSA Conference, Connections Conference, National Career Pathway Network Conference, and High Schools That Work Conference. As a businessman, Mr. Johnson has been recognized by the Homewood Chapter of the NAACP as Entrepreneur of the Year and by the South Suburban Small Business Association as Small Business Person of the Year. Mr. Johnson brings a plethora of professional experiences to his role as Director of Business and Operations with Country Club Hills School District #160.

Dr. Bradley earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees in Business Administration (with a specialization in management) from accredited institutions. Dr. Bradley is a veteran of the United States Army (USAR) and retiree of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PADOC). He holds certifications in Accounting, Business Data Processing, Online Teaching & Learning, and Substitute Teaching. Recently, Dr. Bradley obtained both his ASCI, All Levels Principal Certification and his ISBE, Career & Technical Educator (CTE) Endorsement. Toward his goal of achieving his Chief School Business Official (CSBO) endorsement, Dr. Bradley is scheduled to take his final (CSBO) endorsement exam in January of 2024.
Dr. Bradley has at least twenty-five (25) years of experience working in the public and private sectors. Eleven (11) of those years were spent as a correctional supervisor/administrator and Fourteen (14) of those years were spent as a supervisor/administrator in an educational environment. Dr. Bradley began his career in corrections as a Counselor, Activities Specialist, Deputy, and Assistant Superintendent. His previous school business administration and management related work experience in the field includes Accountant, Program Manager, Internal Auditor, Business Manager/IT Supervisor, VP of Finance, Site Director, and SPED Instructor.
Dr. Bradley believes education is a team sport and wants to make sure that he is doing his part to ensure a fully funded system of public education for our kids and to exceed the expectations of those we serve. Dr. Bradley has plans to achieve his goals of becoming a CSBO/ Superintendent and teach online business courses by drawing from his past education, work experience, and specialized training. With his background in educational administration and correctional administration, Dr. Bradley has the depth of professional experience it takes to make a positive contribution to a team of parents, employees, board members, and students.
