Director of Human Resources

Director of Human Resources, Public Relations & Grant Writing

Dr. Tracy Lett-Foreman

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new Director of Human Resources, Public Relations and Grant Writing.  I have been in education for seventeen years; beginning as a substitute, then transitioning as a Career and Technical Education Instructor for twelve years and an administrator for six years.   Prior to becoming an educator, I had a career in corporate America as an Auditor for Arthur Anderson & Co.

I then became a professional mom.  During my tenure as a professional mom, I volunteered extensively in all capacities of youth ministry at New Faith Baptist Church, then transitioning to The Emmaus Community.   It was during this time I realized my passion for teaching and developing others socially, emotionally and spiritually.  In 2000, I returned to school to further my passion to teach and began my teaching career at Rich Township School District 227. While teaching at Rich South I was School Improvement Chair for 5 years, and led the school in attaining AYP. In addition, I was the senior class sponsor, responsible for graduation for 6 years.

It is my hope to be able to have a positive influence at Country Club Hills School District 160, assisting our students, families, staff and new leadership team in working together, to achieve more, by living out my leadership philosophy; Servant Leadership as espoused, in my dissertation; “Biblical Lessons for Educational Leaders: the servant leadership of King David, Apostle Paul, Dr. Joe Hairston and Dr. Tim Markley.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve your schools and community.  I can be reached at 708-213-6265 or via email at
